NOODLE KUGEL

8-12 oz. wide egg noodles (or more)
1 10 1/2-oz. can mandarin oranges
1 can peaches, drained and chopped
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. honey 
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 large eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.  If you like it more noodly, use more than 8 ounces.

Beat eggs; add sour cream, butter, cream cheese, 
sugar, honey, salt, and vanilla, mixing well.  Mix in fruit; 
add noodles, and combine well.

Pour mixture into greased 2-quart casserole dish. 
Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture on top, and bake
in preheated 350* oven for 1 hour, until set.  Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Makes 8-10 servings.
